Gorilla Jobs Dental is recruiting a Locum Dentist for a high-performing, forward-thinking practice in Warrington. This is an excellent role for a dentist seeking an immediate start within a team that prioritises patient experience, modern workflows and clinical development.

You’ll be joining a supportive group environment with strong marketing, leadership and the tools to help you deliver high-quality dentistry efficiently.

About the practice

• 5-surgery practice with an iTero scanner
• 450+ Google reviews and a strong reputation locally
• Significant ongoing marketing investment (c. £12k+ annually, including digital campaigns)
• Fully digital, with iPads in every surgery used for case presentation, animations and treatment plan sign-off
• Long-serving, experienced clinical and support team
• Led by an experienced on-site Practice Manager with a private background

The role

• Locum Dentist (part-time)
• Start: Immediate
• Clinical mix supports both NHS delivery and private growth, with established processes for patient communication and uptake (ideal if you enjoy building trust and converting treatment ethically)

Clinical offering & equipment

• £15 per UDA and 45% split
• Rotary endodontics as standard
• X-rays in every surgery
• iTero scanner for Invisalign/aligner workflows
• Treatments supported within the wider setup: cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, implants, oral surgery, plus hygienist/therapist support

Requirements

• GDC registration
• Active NHS performer number
• Confident in a busy practice environment; strong communication skills valued
