We are working with a well-established, mixed dental practice in Oldham to recruit an Associate Dentist for an immediate start.
The role is offered on a part-time basis (2 per week) to begin with, with flexibility to increase days over time. Current needs are Mondays and Tuesdays with potential to increase to Wednesdays.
The practice has a reliable NHS patient base, strong UDA completion, and a proven track record of long-term associate retention.
About the Practice - Established for 15+ years with a loyal patient base
- 80% NHS / 20% private patient mix with scope to increase private
- 2 modern surgeries with well-maintained equipment
- Experienced, supportive nursing team (many with 5+ years’ tenure)
- On-site dental therapist for referrals
- The practice uses Exact software
- Off-street parking available
- Well-run, efficient diary management with consistent demand
The Role - Associate Dentist position
- Predominantly NHS dentistry with some private work
- Private treatments include composite bonding and whitening
- 50/50 private fee split
- Supportive environment suitable for dentists still building confidence post-foundation
What’s on Offer - UDA rate of up to £14 per UDA
- 3,000–5,000 UDAs available (minimum 3,000)
- Immediate start available

Requirements - GDC registered Dentist
- NHS performer number essential
- 1–2 years’ UK experience preferred
- Confident with NHS dentistry and patient communication
- Willing to commute to Oldham
