Our client is a multi award-winning, 100% private Liverpool practice known for doing dentistry properly with outstanding reviews and reputation. This role suits an Associate who’s passionate about dentistry, proud of their work, and wants to build a long-term home in a practice that invests heavily in people.
The practice is based in central Liverpool, a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station. Negotiable starting dates on offer.
About the practice - A consistently busy, reputation-led practice, now expanding its premises to meet growing patient demand.
- A strong culture of high standards, holistic care, and exceptional communication
- On-site Treatment Coordinator and a dedicated space to present findings and guide patients through options
- Modern workflow: Dentally software, iTero scanning, 3D printing and an in-house mini lab supporting high-quality outcomes
The role - 100% private dentistry with a strong demand for cosmetic dentistry and composite bonding
- Ideal for clinicians who enjoy: smile makeovers, composites, aligners/ortho, and comprehensive treatment planning
- Invisalign Go provider status is essential (aligner confidence is a must)
- Implants are provided in-practice - implant capability is a bonus, not essential
- You’ll start with 1-2 days/week and build quickly as your book grows
What’s on offer - Full-time staff can earn around £20,000 per month
- Flexible days on offer
- Strong private case values (often £4k–£7k per patient) with clear potential for high monthly take-home
- Serious development investment: hands-on owners, 1:1 mentoring with the Principal, funded courses (including longer-form programmes/Masters where appropriate)
- Quarterly clinician sessions focused on growth, learning and shared standards
Requirements - GDC registration + 2-3 years UK experience (private/cosmetic preferred)
- Excellent communicator: confident with new patient consults, presenting options and building trust
- Driven, detail-focused, and aligned with a holistic, quality-first approach
- Invisalign Go provider status is essential
