A selective opportunity for an experienced dentist looking to develop their cosmetic dentistry within a highly regarded private practice.

The practice has a strong reputation for cosmetic and implant dentistry, with regular demand for composite bonding and veneers. The principal is looking to reduce his clinical workload and is therefore looking for another dentist who can become a trusted member of the team.

What’s on offer

• 1-2 days per week
• Predominantly private cosmetic dentistry
• Regular composite bonding and veneer cases
• Opportunity to provide clear aligners
• Direct support and guidance from an experienced cosmetic and implant dentist
• Opportunity to understand the practice’s patient journey, treatment approach and clinical standards
• Selective, established patient base and strong practice reputation
• Existing dentist within the team with experience in composite veneers and implants

About the practice
This is a well-established cosmetic and implant-focused practice with a strong reputation and a selective approach to bringing dentists into the team.

The practice receives a significant amount of cosmetic work, particularly composite bonding and veneers, and the principal currently carries out much of this treatment himself.

Who we’re looking for:

• Around 5+ years’ clinical experience
• Strong experience in general dentistry with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry
• Experience with composite bonding and veneers
• Clear aligner experience would be beneficial
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills
• A trustworthy, professional approach
• Further education and postgraduate training in cosmetic dentistry will be considered
• A portfolio of cosmetic work is desirable

An established Instagram presence is also highly regarded, as patients often want to see a dentist’s previous work before proceeding with cosmetic treatment, although this is not essential.
