This is an opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to take over a well-established, majority private list at a modern, recently refurbished mixed practice in the Bradford area, while acting as PLVE mentor to one dentist.

You will receive an additional £500 per month for the mentoring, on top of your clinical earnings. The dentist you will support is already clinically experienced, so your role is guidance and oversight, not teaching from scratch. Your NHS commitment is small, paid at £14.85 per UDA with no target, leaving you free to focus on patient-led private dentistry.

Who We’re Looking For

• GDC registration as a dentist (essential)
• An NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Solid NHS general practice experience, sufficient to be approved as a PLVE Validation Supervisor
• A supportive, approachable manner and a willingness to guide a colleague
• A genuine interest in private and patient-led dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
