This is a rare employed Dental Therapist role where full scope isn't just permitted, it's the whole point. A forward-thinking, fully private practice in Wigton, Cumbria is building a therapy-led model of care, and you would be central to it from day one.
What's on Offer - £36–£40 per hour employed position, dependent on experience
- Bonus scheme tied to revenue goals - your effort is rewarded
- 3 days minimum; potential to grow to 4–5 days
- Working hours: 9:00am–5:30pm (Friday finish at 4:30pm)
- CPD and courses funded - the practice is committed to your development

Who We're Looking For - GDC-registered Dental Therapist
- Full UK working rights - mandatory (no sponsorship available)
- Confident communicator who builds genuine rapport with patients
- Comfortable working to your full scope — check-ups, hygiene, fillings, and restorative treatment within remit
- Someone who values culture fit and team cohesion as much as clinical skill
- Any level of experience considered — newly qualified candidates are welcome; mentorship and support are available
