What's on Offer

• £36–£40 per hour employed position, dependent on experience
• Bonus scheme tied to revenue goals - your effort is rewarded
• 3 days minimum; potential to grow to 4–5 days
• Working hours: 9:00am–5:30pm (Friday finish at 4:30pm)

Who We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Dental Therapist
• Full UK working rights - mandatory (no sponsorship available)
• Confident communicator who builds genuine rapport with patients
• Comfortable working to your full scope — check-ups, hygiene, fillings, and restorative treatment within remit
• Someone who values culture fit and team cohesion as much as clinical skill
• Any level of experience considered — newly qualified candidates are welcome; mentorship and support are available

• Dentally software and AI-assisted notes and X-rays for a streamlined clinical day
• iTero scanner on-site, actively driving patient engagement and treatment uptake
• Onsite implantologist - a genuinely multidisciplinary team environment
• Active Invisalign practice with a strong and growing private patient base
• Hospitality-led patient journey - the standard of care and communication here is genuinely different
• Appointment structure built around the therapy model: 30–45 minute hygiene, 40 minute airflow, 45 minute therapy, 30–45 minute restorative slots
