What's on Offer

• £14–£14.50 per UDA
• 50/50 lab fee split and 50% private split
• Flexible UDA targets based on experience and comfort
• 2–5 days per week - flexibility to increase your commitment as you settle in
• Strong private earning potential - the practice actively presents all treatment options to patients and upsells from its NHS base; some dentists have transitioned to predominantly private
• Access to the principal dentist - genuine support and open-door communication
• Scanner, digital X-ray, and rotary endo
• SOE practice management software
• Flexible on start dates

Who We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Associate Dentist (essential)
• NHS Performer Number holder (essential)
• Full UK working rights
• A confident, friendly communicator who is comfortable discussing treatment options with patients
• Open to dentists at various career stages including current Foundation Dentists

• Mixed NHS/private practice in Northwich with a stable, inherited patient list 
• Recently renovated throughout - new surgeries and a brand-new waiting room create a welcoming, professional environment
• 3 surgeries, with plans to expand to a 4th
• Supported by a long-standing nursing team 
• Hygienist-therapist and dental therapist on site weekly
• Principal has owned the practice for 8 years - you're joining a settled, trusted setup
• 9–5pm working hours
