What's on Offer

• UDA rate of £13.50–£14 per UDA
• NHS UDA target starting around 1,000 per day across the year- achievable and supported, with scope to grow
• Flexible days - 3-5 days per week
• Mentorship from the principal dentist - structured, practical, and genuinely invested in your development
• Clear private pathway - NHS-first approach with a natural progression into private as you build confidence
• Modern practice software - Dentally and PAL AI in regular use
• Digital X-rays throughout
• Four surgery practice - well-resourced with one surgery available for the incoming associate

Who We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Associate Dentist
• NHS Performer Number
• Full working rights (sponsorship not available)
• Within your first five years of qualifying - this role is shaped around early-career support
• Adaptable and open to guidance 
• Committed to at least 3 days per week
