• 100% private, permanent associate position
• Earning potential of around £20,000 per month at full capacity
• Typical case values of £4,000–£7,000, with a proven, high-converting patient base
• Flexible start - begin with 1–2 days and build your book at a natural pace
• Clinical focus: composite bonding, smile makeovers, aligner treatment, and comprehensive treatment planning
• Dedicated Treatment Coordinator on site to support new patient consultations and case conversions
• Technology: Dentally software, iTero scanner, 3D printing, and an in-house mini lab
• 1:1 mentoring with the principal, funded CPD including longer-form programmes and Masters-level courses where appropriate, and quarterly clinician growth sessions
• Central Liverpool location - short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station
• Negotiable start date

Requirements

• Full GDC registration
• Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• 2-3 years UK clinical experience, ideally with a background in private or cosmetic dentistry
• Demonstrable composite bonding experience - portfolio required prior to interview
• Invisalign Go provider status
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading new patient consultations and presenting treatment plans
