We are currently representing a well-established independent, non-corporate dental practice in the Denton (M34) area.
This role suits a dentist who is passionate about quality dentistry and keen to learn and develop.
The role - Mixed practice: approx. 60% Private / 40% NHS
- Replacement + growth (busy, varied patient base)
- Opportunity to build private/Denplan and develop clinically with support
- 2-4 days per week
- 1 x Saturday morning per month (Fully Private)
What’s on offer - Private split: 45%
- Lab fees: 50/50
- 1,500 – 2,000 UDAs available (negotiable)
- £14 per UDA
- Associates take home around £19,000 per month (full-time equivalent)
- Denplan-active patient base with support to grow your own list
Clinical support & equipment
- 4-surgery independent practice with a highly supportive team
- In-house clinical expertise including: Special Care, Cosmetic/Smile Makeovers, Implants (supported implantologist), Perio, Endo, Maxillofacial
- Mentoring available with specialists in-practice
- Support towards aligner course and CPD development
- Modern setup including: digital X-rays, rotary endo, intraoral scanner/scanning workflow
- SOE software
- Hygienist on-site
- Strong operational support: Treatment Coordinator + Practice Manager on-site
- Nursing team: 3 experienced qualified nurses (incl. Head Nurse) + trainee/apprentice support
Who this would suit - GDC registered with Performer Number
- 3+ years UK experience (NHS + private dentistry)
- Comfortable in a busy, mixed environment with solid communication and ethics
- Interested in learning, development, and doing high-quality dentistry long-term
