What's on Offer

• £35–£42 per hour depending on experience
• Employed position with a stable, growing private patient base
• Full-time or part-time hours considered — flexible to suit the right candidate
• Structured appointment times of 20, 30, or 40 minutes - designed for quality care, not throughput
• Full chairside support from experienced dental care professionals
• Ongoing CPD support, including funded access to local education hub meetings
• In-house training (recent sessions include ILS and S3 periodontal guidelines)
• Peer review meetings and visiting specialist clinicians
• Five modern, fully equipped surgeries in a beautifully refurbished setting

Who We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist — registration is essential
• Valid professional indemnity insurance
• Confident delivering periodontal, hygiene, and (for therapists) broader therapy treatment
• A genuine commitment to quality patient care and long-term professional development
• Someone looking for a long-term position — this practice invests in its team and expects the same in return
